Flooding issues/videos/ Holding Pond

The following videos of the holding pond/retention pond/detention pond were
made by Nancy P. Goodman, between Jan 5, 2011 and May 20,
2011. At the dead end off South Valley Rd, Hendersonville, TN
(Sumner County). Go Center Point Rd to Two Valley Drive;
turn right at 2nd Street onto South valley Rd. go to dead end
of street. Holding pond/retention pond is just past the dead end,
between the dead end and the Hendersonville bypass.
The drain-off in the pond comes from rain and from the industrial complex
Freehill Business Park on Molly Walton Road in Hendersonville, TN USA.
(Sumner County) which is controlled and was set up by the Industrial Development
Board of Hendersonville, TN USA. The property is actually city-owned where the pond
is located, but it drains out into the ‘summer-dry’ creek onto private property of all the
homeowners (including me and my spouse) who live on the dead end of South Valley Road.
