A Foot Of Snow For Nashville?

Feb 21, 2015 originally posted on Examiner by this author/self.

We are not sure when was the last time that Nashville actually had a foot or more of snow, so we are not sure that we were around when it happened. Some say they recall the really big snow that Nashville had in the early 1950’s when there was a huge snowfall one year, and we hear it was in February or March. At that time, at only about 10 years or so of age, we recall the memory of it, we think, rather than the actual event.

Check out the (formerly) attached video titled: ‘A Foot Of Snow For Nashville?’ and let us know if you remember any of the past huge snowfalls by leaving us a note below, please. Also, you can check out our photo slideshow of some of the February 2015 Nashville snowstorm after we were able to escape our snow-bound house for ‘greener’ pastures of downtown Hendersonville in order to re-stock our groceries and to enjoy one of our many eateries about town.
