We sometimes like to check out who the top celebrity names are in online searches. We found this listing for the top 10 celebrity searches on Bing for both years of 2013 and 2012. Comparing the two top 10 celebrity search of names of a celebrity, it shows us that one of Nashville‘s own entertainers, Taylor Swift, moved up the list where she was number 10 in 2012, and then Taylor Swift was number 4 on the list of top 10 celebrity names searched in 2013.
Strangely, famous former Nashville resident and celebrity Miley Cyrus was number 3 on this list in 2012 but was only number 9 on the most searched celebrity list in 2013. Justin Bieber, who was number 2 in 2012 became number 6 on the most searched celebrity list in 2013. Beyonce Knowles was not on this list for 2012, yet she is listed as number 1 on the list for 2013. And Lindsay Lohan, who weighed in at number 5 in 2012 is totally missing from this top 10 list of celebrity searches for 2013.
Also new to the top 10 list this year are the names of Amanda Bynes and Madonna, along with Barack Obama, while also missing from last year’s list are Jennifer Aniston and Selena Gomez.
