Family history
tells me my g-g grandfather, Felix JOHNSON, was born in Wilson County
in 1803. ( I have been unable to verify this.)
He next appears in Lauderdale
Co. AL from the 1830’s or so to 1858, when he moved to Carroll Co, TN, then to
Lamar Co, TX in the 1860’s or 1870’s.

CLARK’S – of Wilson County mostly went to Rutherford Co., Tn.
My
grandfather, William CLARK, son of Timothy “Dock” CLARK & Mary E.
McROY, went to Houston, Texas circa 1908-09, then Oakland, California
1911.
Sarah Carolina CLARK, the above Timothy’s sister, went to Waco,
Texas. She married David C. ABERNATHY bef 1888. The father of this
CLARK family, Jesse CLARK, went to Waco, Texas sometime before 1907 where he
died Apr 21, 1907 in Waco.

John A. HARRIS, born Wilson Co., TN, 6 Dec. 1843 went to first,
Lewisville, Denton Co., TX and then Weatherford, Parker Co., TX.
His first
wife was Lucetta CRAWFORD, from Missouri, his second wife, Fanny
DOTTERY, from Bellefontaine, MS. He died in Weatherford, 30 July
1885.
My grandfather was George Gilliam HARRIS, born in Weatherford, 13 Feb
1881.
