My first of two shows will be around 4:00pm at SAM’S JAMS, hosted by the pugnacious Sam Cooper, at Bobby’s Idle Houron 16th Avenue South on Music Row.It is a great collection of people, writers of all ages, styles, always new people and always some old favorites. It is THE COOLEST HANG because it is the LAST of the MUSIC ROW HONKY TONKS. If you want a trip back to the “Old Days”: of Nashville, come check out the walls, the tables, the owner, “Lizard’s” beard, hear some songs, drink, a few cold brews and come HONKY TONKIN’ WITH US! Show starts at 12:00, I’m there from 2:00-5:00.

Be glad to give you some advice if I can.This evening 8:00-8:30, I’ll be the feature on Debi Champion‘s great songwriter showcase at the HOLIDAY INN SELECT in the COMMODORE LOUNGE on West End, across from the Parthenon park. Debi always has a great line up of writers, some newibies and some of us old farts to keep it interesting. I’ll be doing a variety of some older known songs and some newer musings. Come see what I’ve been up to.
