  Thur., July 28, 9:30 pm, Maxwell Millennium House (2025 Rosa L Parks Blvd, Nashville, TN 37228), it’s another great night put together by Lee Rascone’ Sr., even while he’s out on medical leave. James Peters will sub for him and Lee Jr. (LeeJay will still man the sound board). While everything starts by 7 pm, I’ll be in the featured 9:30-11:00 set with Ray Sisk (who co-wrote “Glory Road” with Warren Haynes, a staple song on the Grateful Dead play list and many other incredible songs), Ricky Randolph (formerly with Michael McDonald and the Allman Brothers) and Sam Tate (who wrote hits such as “Moments”–Emerson Drive, “If You’re Going Through Hell”–Rodney Atkins and Grammy-nominated “I’d Love To Be Your Last”–Gretchen Wilson). Of course, my “hits” are Internet based, but I’ll be throwing some in the mix if I can get over my shyness. Tasty food, ample free parking, no cover charge.
